These terms cover your use of revioprotect.com, operated by Revio LLC ("Revio"). By using the site you agree to them.

What Revio Protect is

Revio is an independent partner that refers customers to Safe Streets USA LLC (an ADT Authorized Provider) for home security, to Embers Protection Services, Inc. for wildfire defense, and works with licensed installation partners on Revio solar and home battery projects. Revio is not ADT, SafeStreets, Embers or any installer. We do not sell, install, monitor or service equipment. Any purchase is a contract between you and that company, on its terms. Revio may be compensated by these companies for referrals.

Information on this site

Product descriptions, prices and lead times come from the providers and may change without notice. They are not an offer or a quote. Your provider confirms final pricing, availability and terms in writing.

Solar and battery estimates

System size, cost, savings and incentives depend on your home, usage, utility and rate. Nothing on this site is a savings guarantee or a promise of any rebate or tax credit. Your installer confirms them in a written proposal.

Wildfire safety

No wildfire-defense system guarantees that a property will survive a fire, and none replaces evacuation, official alerts, firefighters or emergency services. Always follow local fire authorities and evacuate when instructed. Never stay behind to operate or watch equipment.

Security monitoring

Home security offers and monitoring agreements are made by Safe Streets USA LLC. See its terms and license information.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Revio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from products and services supplied by third parties.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
